LOVE POTION

Kerry Kulkens believes she has a “love Potion” which will abolish loneliness forever. You can dispel any thoughts of Kerry spooning a cauldron, but her potions, from ancient Irish recipes are proving to be a runaway success and that is no Irish joke. Anyone who has ever used the love potion has come back for extras boasts Kerry. Last year Kerry gave test samples to some of her clients and the results have even overwhelmed her. I had every confidence the potion would work but, in some cases, it worked a lot better than anticipated says Kerry “in fact I ended up with a lot of over satisfied customers.” A daub of Kerry’s “love potion” is said to bring about untold romantic encounters and in most cases, the choice is yours, whether you want to keep the relationship platonic or go further says Kerry. The ingredients of the recipes are as secret as those in col sanders, Kentucky fried chicken or coca cola and Kerry is confident her potions will be just as or even more successful.

LUCK POTION

Then there is the luck potion which is said to never fail.
The gods of chance smile down on me. The wheels of fortune spin you see. To win I cannot fail I know. The gold and silver start to flow. Into my hands it cannot stop. Till I have gathered all the crop.

Kerry assures that all of these cases are genuine, but non-de plumes have been used here to protect their privacy. She says the recipes have been handed down through several generations of her family.
And without battling an eyelid, she adds, my great great grandfather shamus Hayes in county cork, Ireland, was given the recipes by a leprechaun.



The leprechaun gave him the choice of a crock of gold or the recipes. He told grandad the recipes would prove to be more valuable over the years, even though the crock of gold seemed more tempting at the time. My great great grandfather believed him and its proven itself many times over the little leprechaun wasn’t telling lies.

The original recipes are written on thin virgin kid parchment in purple Gaelic lettering and kept safe in a bank vault. They’re probably my most prized possessions Kerry’s says.
